0g Dating is a competitive dating sim we created during a game jam, with a team of nine people. We had 48 hours to create this game.
In this game, you and up to three other players compete for the affections of an alien. Whenever one of the players displeases their date, they must give the controller to the next player, and so on until a player manages to seduce the alien!
During the jam, i worked as Main Programmer. My first task was to design the dialogue system, based on Question & Answer, with the reaction of the other side changing according to the player's choice. I then moved on to the controller and the game macro.
I truly enjoyed working on this project with my friends. We initially signed up for the jam to have fun and spend time together, but ended up creating a game of which we were proud!
